Jin likes Sharo because they are kind, understanding, and enthusiastic about life (especially about her hobby, the violin). They met by chance at one of Sharp's violin performances, but Sharo doesn't have any significant known magic abilities while Jin is technically the leader of the military (she's lazy though). Sharo isn't well-known and doesn't want to be in the public eye, so they don't make their crushes/like for each other known to the people around them.
