I think mint tea can help with stomach pain
Close, your eyes and wait hope you feel better 🤗
I usually sleep in a foetus pose when I'm physically ill. Take it easy
I embrace the pain and accept my fate after drinking plain water.
Plain Water, or hot Ginger lemon tea. You can add honey optionally without it causing inflammation or pain (no cane sugar). Certain foods can cause inflammation or pain so avoid them in excess (fried/greasy, processed or cane sugar, genetically modified foods, lactose for some - basically the obvious culprits).

I take ibuprofen if it’s more serious like cramps or migraine, but that has some side effects so it’s a trade off. Sometimes ibuprofen helps to take to hurry to sleep with bc it starts working within a half hour but wears off within like 3
If it's the pain, take a pain killer based on nimesulide. Always helps me with menstrual pain :3 And it's best that you schedule an appointment with a doctor the next day, just to be sure it's nothing serious.
Nooo I hope you managed to sleep in the end :( hot water bottle / heating pillow is my go-to solution. Also depending on the type of pain (if it's like digestive/gas problems) moving a bit or doing some yoga poses can really help
Cry, curl up, and suffer- :’D

Jk jk- Try gingerale or 7 up if possible. Milk can also help depending on the issue. Antiacids. Sometimes bananas can help, sometimes they make it worse.

If you feel nauseous, take small sips of smth sweet (preferably gatorade, but juice works) and nom on some crackers if you can bring yourself to.
Damn I get that a lot, a hot water bottle can help and if you have any charcoal tablets they're very good for stomach pain ^^
I'm literally a pro, my mother used to work in pharmacies for years ha
