yk how fun it is to have an artist friend for a long time, like, getting to grow alongside them, knowing their style as intimately as your own, being able to immediately tell when they've improved, having the most accurate and encouraging critiques for them because you know what they've continued to struggle with, and can also see their strengths shining through on every piece. drawing together, doing collaborations, art trades, drawing each other's characters, accidentally creating an entire piece of lore for a character that's not even yours, encouraging each other with a little healthy competition, aaaaaaOct 11, 2023

i have a friend that i've known for maybe 5yrs? or more? who's also an artist but we don't do any of these things at all lolol we just talk a lot abt normal things
