This was me a while ago except instead of food I wanted to heat up a heating pillow because I got my period at night and the cramps were killing me 
I ended up doing it anyway because I couldn't live like this and my parents said they didnt hear a thing 
our house is super not-soundproof too but my parents are very deep sleepers fortunately

•Do it caveman style and start a fire to heat up your food!! But for real, there should be a way to turn off the microwave beeping sounds
