Map of the Underrealm || Proja Worldbuilding || (25/June/2023)Was unsure if I was gonna post this. This is a map concept for the Underrealm that I made in June that was simultaneously a pretty accurate map to what I had in my head and also an opportunity to add to that and brainstorm some things.
A lot has changed since I last made a map for the Underrealm so it felt like it was about time. In fact, I do believe the last time I made a map the only nations that existed were Yrele, Anquairon, the Draconic desert that is cut off from everything else via a curse, and the rest of the continent was just sort of. ambiguous small villages? I guess? and then the little werewolf forest. Now there's like 3 other countries, as well as the ambiguous village area being turned into its own alliance of independent towns and communities, so far just referred to as the Middle-Under.
there are some additions i still want to make however, mainly with a recent concept i had in mind for some, uh, /odd/ weather patterns. across the realm.
And yes, the climates here are very all over the place with hot and humid yrele being right next to constant winter climate anquairon, this is intentional. The map is also oriented with east being up - this was a worldbuilding choice i made for demons due to the importance of the sun in their cultures, thinking it was a unique decision, only to learn later that apparently it has real life historical precedent LMAOSep 3, 2023
