Tether AU Obi-Wan Ref || Star Wars || (7/July/2023)don't ask fkjghkdf
Just like quarters, i made a self-indulgent au version of my favorite star-wars character, Obi-Wan (clone wars era), that obviously has something to do with my daydream ocs like Quarters.
I'm not gonna get into the reasons why he's got a second, fancy sword-looking light saber, other than that he's not quite in the jedi order anymore in this au, huehuehue
Also he's referred to as stray. My OCs Avian and Maw, who are part of the group Obi-Wan has joined in in this au, kept jokingly calling him their stray jedi, because they kept meeting him in the worst possible scenarios and helping him out of the Situations
he got himself into (as Obi-Wan tends to do, lol), and they eventually adopted him into their group (/into their found family hehe) even when he was still a Jedi, which the Tether normally always kept their distance from.
Obi-Wan being Obi-Wan, instead of getting annoyed at those jokes, ended up going with it and making Stray his Tether name (each Tether member gets a name to cover their real/previous name or identity, or just because the Tether puts a lot of weight on being able to choice and individuality and you don't exactly choose the name you were originally given by your parents/guardians)
Anyway that was a lot more explanation than I intended to give for my cringy littol canon-breaking self indulgent star wars AU daydream shenanigans, but here we are. rather proud of the lightsaber design
There is a version of this drawing where he doesn't have his helmet on, but unfortunately there's still no multi image posting :/
The helmet has a subtle nod to cat/animal ears to reference his name, but i wanted to make sure my man didn't look like an uwu catgirl fklghl so i made it subtle and only properly noticeable from the side viewSep 3, 2023
