Plein Air April 2023It is Plein Air April! Make at least one plein air painting/sketch during this month (April)! It can be digital or traditional, any medium counts!
This is a regular monthly art challenge that occurs during April. Warrior Painters hosts their own hashtag during plein air April on IG, they have a theme but I just wanna do whatever plein airs I want so I might as well make this a challenge in case anyone else wants to add theirs in the pot.
Traditional plein airs are paintings done outdoors. However virtual plein airs have gotten popular especially during the pandemic. In the past, I have personally used Google Street view and will try plein air studies from Youtube walking videos this year.

That's a good challenge 
im (indoors) drawing photos from a family trip, does that count? 
i feel the purpose of plein air is to BE outdoors but i cant always get to somewhere worth drawing

This sounds really cool, I'll participate if I don't give up
I really struggle with backgrounds so participating would offer a great way to practice, but I do give up quite easily when it comes to drawing sceneries ;_;
