I feel like Instagram such a difficult platform to post art on now. The accounts that seem to get in the algorithm the most are the ones that post loads of reels, which isnt exactly easy for artists :/ I dont want to just flood my profile with random trends and stuff but it kinda feels like the only way to growMar 8, 2022

Even if you have a reel take off, there's no guarantee it'll even help you grow. I use the procreate video replay to make easy reels, my last one got 2k views. It resulted in.... No account growth. No one went from the reel to my actual page

Its just impossible to get anywhere if you haven't already got a following. The art community needs to leave it, imo.

•I agree. It's gotten so difficult for artists to have their work seen now. I'll admit, I've gotten a bit discouraged on that platform....
