I attended our Party's little event today, and re-registered as Party member. Found out that my constituency basically doesn't exist, so I am going to be paired with the closest one.
There was food, coffee (much to my dismay, no tea or plain water), music, random mental health talk and ofc talking about the Party's initiatives.
The highlight was that I got to see them and say hi, and they even remembered the drawing I made for them!!
I also learned that it's really hard being a "far-rightist"and a "far-leftist" at the same time. (Based on people's labels).
For me, my core concerns: Migration, punishment, climate and privacy. But well... As long as we don't sell our souls to the machine , I compromise. I just want to be of help to someone.
Also someone asked me again, if I was local. They haven't seen Pureblood beforeeee hahahaha jk. But another person asked if I was a lawyer. That's wild also.
