He's a ghost who's attached himself to Anti-Charmy. In the Sonic Archie comics Charmy's friend, Mello, dies after overdosing on a chili dog laced with LSD babey!! (it's actually 'Lemon Sundrop Dandelion' ).

The Conchords run a bar called 'The Castle Moat'. Vector, with the help of Mello, scams people by challenging them to card games and having Mello tell him what cards they have.

Other notes: Espio controls what color his skin is through his clothes colors. You can see his hands beginning to revert to their natural color, 'cause they're farthest from his flannel.
