I started a new passionIt’s been a while! I wasn’t able to log into Artfol for some time but it’s finally working again. I just wanted to share that I’m still creating though in a different medium now.
What you can see in the picture is actually sterling silver
my very first jewellery I ever cast and it’s so exciting to finally hold it. I’m using a technique called the lost-wax-casting method where you use jewellery wax to create a model of whatever you want rings, charms - whatever. In my case mostly rings. If you’re interested I can share close-ups and show exactly how I make them.
Hope you’re doing great. I can’t wait to share more of my journey. Biggest advantage of this new hobby is I can make jewellery that actually fits my taste perfectly. Biggest disadvantage silver and gold are super expensive so it’s definitely not a casual hobby

Uhh heck yeah!
Bin der Meinung zinn güsse für schmuck bei historischen reenactment sachen mehrfach gesehen zu haben. Für so sachen wie broschen und große ketten elemente die auf der kleidung und nicht direkt auf haut liegen. Idk metallpreise und obs dann auch extra zeug für den guss braucht, aber das wär vll was? So anstecker kann ich mir mit deinen designs auch gut vorstellen~
