Honestly, I drew this months ago, but I'm happy with her design. She's based on an old oc, and is supposed to have a sorta "cocky but flirty" attitude.

She definitely has a cocky personality! I like the pose you put her in with her thumb in her pocket.
For improvements, I think that the head is too big, and the upper part of her torso is too long. If you imagine her left shoulder coming down to about the current height of her right shoulder, and her neck+head and other shoulder coming down a third of that amount, I think would make the body look more natural.
Dynamic poses are tricky to get perfect but this one really sells your character!
