My final entry for #magicalmythologymonth ! Nyx, the Greek goddess of night.Firstly, this has been so much fun, I love learning about mythology, so it was great to learn about new deities, and it was also a great inspiration throughout this month.
Nyx is one of the original personifications deities, meaning, she was around to watch the creation of everything. In science terms, she was having children before the big bang had even happened, but if course, the ancient Greeks didn't know what that was so... It's not quite worded that way lol.
I also changed my line art style a lot for this one? Tell me what you think about it, cause, it's actually quite similar to my old style, with much more crosshatching. Mostly it just suited my ideas for the background, and worked well with the colours, so
I'm happy with the decision.

Your line art looks clean so it did turn out well. Hatching the smoke/aura in the background created texture and it really improved the mood of the portrait.
