Backstory: genkaku was a very complicated kid, he had a loving family and a good childhood, but never saw the need of heros or quirks,he thinks it ruined society and will destroy humanity, so he fights heros and villans, but he is more villany, what an odd character.
Intro/ appearances: after the hosu incident he joins the vanguard action squad, but got caught in the forest training arc, when afo released the villans from prisons and still saw use in genkaku, so he recruited him again and he helps toga in the final arc, but obviously gets caught again.
The idea: ummmm I honestly forgot how I came up with him and the quirk.
