First appearance: after sports festival kaminari internships at his agency cause my boy kaminari needs more screen time, only a small clip like jiro's internship, but he does come back like in the final war arc and the paranormal liberation.
The idea: so I was thinking of jiro and denki cause I ship, and like I mixed the quirks in my head and boom " tail charger" it's cool ig, but I really like the costume design, well most of the good details are in the lower part but yeah , I am bad at explaining the ideas of how I got these quirks and characters.
