And I have only managed to draw from head to shoulders without it looking wonky as he'll, either way here are the new details

Quirk: water manipulation, ability to manipulate water, your sweat molecules multiple making the water so producing sweat is a key thing, so it works better in the summer, also using all the sweat can cause fainting also needs to be well hydrated
The idea: honestly I came up with this based on my liking of the ocean,so yeah,it was my first mha oc, obviously the quirk already exist( Kota and the fireman hero) I came up with it like after season 2 or 3, I really like this redesign and the concept itself so yah!( if you have read the Manga horikoshi has these pages some explaining how he got the idea for characters so that's what I did with this)
