None of these are particular favourites of mine, though I don’t mind them being there.
A is a quite overused at this point, but with a good plot and writing it can be nice. (But if not then it gets boring, too cliché/ predictable and repetitive, real quick)
B seems less common these days, it’s always villains you love to love instead of the other way around. It’s so very satisfying to see a villain you love to hate be defeated/ get what they deserve tho.. But on the flip side if you overdo it I’d just hate the villain entirely and sour the whole story.
C can really spice things up (so many angst and fluff opportunities) but just like any romance heavy story, the relationships can get too messy and often goes the toxic route (not a fan). And it’s just hard to balance a love triangle properly and not lean too much on one side, making it seem more like a 2 person relationship+ an extra.

•None of these I don't think. But especially not C, this may be the arospec ace in me talking, but romance plots often just get in the way of the actual story.

•definitely A! can be cliche but honestly if done well i think it can be really profound. B is fun too if the villain isnt too serious or has some level of comedy to them (i guess im thinking of disney type villains that i love to hate)

•A. Ik it kind of corny, but seeing a normal, average person being thrown into a batsh*t crazy situation and having no clue what to do is so much fun
