I love the character! The ear is a bit too high and her right eye is a bit too small. Hope that helps and you've made a huge improvement already!

I really like the rather unique way that you added shine/shade to her, especially the skin parts. It works very well! As for constructive commentary, I feel a great next step with this piece would have been depicting the super shinyness of the metal, usually this can be accomplished with a super dark tone, and a super light tone. You could even start by just using a white or near-white color to add a little shinyness to the metal!
The only other thing I personally would adjust is making the eyes a tiny bit smaller, and the lips a tiny bit larger (but of course this is more subjective to art style and a you-do-you sort of situation.)
Hope I could point you further along in your art journey, it really does look like you've come a long way in a short time! You should draw this again in another 2 years and see the three images compared :)
