So many times I will find myself half-remembering a factoid at my brother, just for casual conversation. Only for him to reveal that he remembers wayyy more about the subject than I do, and he subsequently explains MY trivia to ME

Mostly the Upper Peninsula I think.

My memory is so rubbish. At least I can never run out of video essays to watch because I’m always rewatching them to reabsorb the knowledge.

He couldn’t wrap his head around Cars fanfiction. He’s come around to the idea that every fandom usually has at least some body of fan works, but he’s always surprised by how much.
