Who’s This? Okay!! Here we have it!! If you look closely, each dress has its own different feature, but has the same scheme of colors.
My goal here was to make a white dress with hints of blue, but to be more accurate to the 1890’s.
Now, I have noticed in that timeframe, that the corset was something that practically every woman would wear... And they were extremely tight, too. Their dresses were known to have puffy sleeves that emphasized their shoulders with a long skirts for their dresses, making their waists look extra slim.
In this case, I didnt want to over dramatize these features, but simplify them because the character who would wear this dress would be under very different circumstances in terms of interactions with others and public presentation... She doesnt really need to worry about those things.
So! If you feel like learning new things with fashion from the 1890’s, and happen to learn anything new from what I’ve designed and would like to give suggestions, please do!! I havent decided which design here I like either just yet... But I think I’ve made good progress!Dec 1, 2020
