backstory: he was taken by Dr Anthony who used his amnesia pills on him then he was experimented on until he became a shark person one day when dreadclaw tried to escape the lab Terrence used that distraction to escape via sewers he was taken in by maniac becoming the cultist/villain loan shark
likes: food especially fish, water, peace
dislikes: eating humans, failing maniac, being called dumb
Personality: he's serious and stern rough and lethal he has combat intelligence using his fighting skills that quickly overpower his enemies he can fail to answer basic questions
