WIP - headlights

Immediately started drawing another thing the day after I finished the Vday art :] I /was/ procrastinating on my exam revision but I've actually been productive studywise today I swear-

I want to start posting more!! And I want to talk about my little creature blorbo things more as well, so I'm using these WIPs as a way to get myself into writing about them more frequently :]

I wrote a whole thing about my thoughts surrounding The Structure of Snow as a story/passion project, but I feel like it gets a little rambly so I'll hide it in the comments instead :]

Anyway! I'm planning on making a Sparkbright portrait :D I don't really want to colour it lol, but I might do some light shading just so the different hues of her hair are conveyed properly haha
I'm giving her some funky square pupils as well :D The more time passes, the more animal features I push onto her design bahaha

Unrelated to the WIP but; I spent the first half of my day out of the house, and the next quarter making homemade red thai milk tea -- I've had really big cravings for it recently?? It's been ages since I had to stop working at the bubble tea shop, and usually I order the more pretentious drinks when I treat myself to bubble tea, but in the past few months all I've been getting is red thai bahahaha-
I still need to workshop the homemade recipe (especially since I don't have the same equipment from the bubble tea store, and I can't even remember the exact measurements of the recipe, And I don't want to buy specific ingredients just for an occasional homemade drink), but I made perhaps 2/3 servings of it today? This is all lead up to say I had no self-control and drank. So so much. And I'm learning the hard lesson of why moderation is important because my stomach has been aching for the past couple of hours T^T I also learned the secondary lesson of patience because instead of waiting for the tea to cool down, I decided to shove a bunch of ice into the very hot tea and made it watery as a result I don't think I learned the patience lesson actually because a while afterwards I remembered this specific method of using ice as substitute for part of the water content so that the tea is cooled down quicker, so I'm thinking of attempting to replicate that next time-
Anyways anyways I'm spending the last quarter of my day studying, and I'm pleasantly surprised that I'm getting through the exercises faster than I thought I would :] I wrote up a checklist for myself with the expectation that I probably won't be able to do enough before the exam, but I think I might? Be alright? Hopefully?? I need to properly focus and scrounge up some final effort for the year, but the path seems less desperate and I'm taking what I can get ^-^
