five (5) solar years of art-ing :)I didn't get a digital tablet until 2020, so I'm featuring a handful of sketches from my third sketchbook ^-^
I'm surprised with how good some sketches look from back then?? It makes me a little insecure about the quality of my art now, but I think I'm more consistent with my sketches compared to 5 years ago so I'm taking comfort from that haha XD

My general art style hasn't changed much over the course of 5 years - it's all small changes ^-^ I'm alright with that for the most part hehe.
Some things I've noticed are noses - I drew them bigger than I intended to back then. I think the ears were pretty squashed too- they're pretty oval haha.
My 'chibi' art style has changed wayyy more. It's usually the one that I put more effort into stylising - back then, I was super influenced by storytime animators and I think it shows :D
I feel like the main influence for my current style is Omori? I don't think it was a super conscious choice on my part honestly haha - I just did some Basil sketches and realised I really liked how easy it felt to draw. I'd like to think (hope lmao-) that it's distinct enough to not be just the Omori art style
, but it definitely shares its similarities XD
