Original Character Re-design 
(W.I.P.)This is my oc! They’re a sea witch. No name yet but I’m hoping to figure out the rest of their design and see what name fits.
The left is the re-design but it’s still a wip. The right is the before.
The before is more painterly and I like the colors but I’m trying to make the oc look like sea foam so I’m trying different things.
It’s also simplified because I hope to animate them eventually!
I’d love opinions of the design and what u think of the before vs after!
