Happy 1 Year Anniversary “We Once Had Names”Happy 1 year to my current project “We Once Had Names”. Hands are hard so more practice is always good. It was kinda hard choosing poses that were indicative to their personalities but I think I did a decent job. Also should have left off the gloves from some of them XD
Its been a project i started working on last year to help me process a lot of events that hit my family earlier last year (first was losing my father in law), and Im glad its helped me keep afloat mentally through a very taxing year (2025 wasnt kind to anyone gah). Both irl and in universe, I consider late January to be the Anything Store’s birthday, which takes care of the last month that didnt have a merc assigned to it XD;; (yes bday paintings are continuing this year with some new faces for some months, as well as smaller so I can break in this new sketchbook).
I could keep yapping about the series here but I did it on the tumblr already (linkee in linktree XD) so i’ll spare you the yap. I just want to celebrate the series by doing what I like, which is draw and practice getting better
Im drawing a shitton more Doc because I have free will and that lil white-haired german twink is fun to draw.
