Walking down the stairs at the subway station behind two girls yesterday I saw that one of them was holding Ruin and Rising in her hand!! I gasped, double checked, and then after gathering up some courage I tapped her and was like "I just wanted to say that I'm also reading this book right now and I love it!" And she got excited too and the interaction only lasted 20 seconds but it was lowkey the highlight of my day. I'm glad I wasn't too shy to say something, this made my day so much betterJan 25, 2023
