What was the best day for you this year?
My favourite day this year was probably my brother's wedding. I gave the wedding speech I wrote, felt absolutely amazing in my dress, had a lot of fun with his wife's sister, slayed at karaoke and even caught the boquet!! And I spent twelve hours straight in heels which was definitely,,, an experience to have lmao
This year was full of ups and downs in so many aspects of life... I wish I could go back to how things were, but I also want to see what's yet to come. I have hope for the future, and I will do what I can to make it a good one.Dec 28, 2023

My sister's birthday was one of the best days for me (if not, the best). I can't remember much since it was a while ago, but every now and then, including that day, I think back to when she was born. I was only 7 when I first saw her, in her incubator. It was a blessing, at least to me. It was also the first time I've been in a ward for newborn babies. But she was born premature; she struggled with breathing so she had to have an oxygen tank to help & frequently had to stay in hospital for days.
My father didn't think she was going to make it. I didn't either. But she not only survived, but she's living happily with our family.
There wasn't really anything big or absolutely extraordinary, but this day is special to me because that's how precious my sister is to me :,)

•I was climbing under a bridge over a river. Between the steel trusses. It was pretty scary but also very cool!
