Watched the new Miraculous episodes with my friend today. (Spoiler warning) Yes, Adrien looks BAD. What did they do to his hair?? But overall, you can't tell me the new animation style looks bad. It's different from the previous one but let's be totally real, the previous animation was not good either. Especially like season 4 or something had SO many animation errors and it just looked plain cheap sometimes. Now it looks like they actually have a budget, they can do cooler stuff, like the new akumatizing scenes, the way the villain talks to the victims and the butterfly mask that appears on them look awesome. I love some of the redesigns, Cat Noir luckily still looks good and I like the paw on his back, Ladybug has a MUCH better outfit and Marinette looks cute as well, Miss Hound looks soooo adorable and Juleka is SLAYING (though I don't really like Rose's redesign </3). Some scenes also seem to gain depth and detail, I really liked how Sabrina fidgeted with and twisted that tissue, and Sublime seems interesting with her mother putting all that pressure on her and probably causing her anxiety and/or panic attacks. Though one thing hasn't changed, Marinette is so fucking annoying most of the time, girl stop making everybody's lives worse
