O' Monsieur L'amour! 
Happy Wednesday, everyone! Since I've done most of my current tasks, I could finally take some good rest. And while doing so, I decided to show my previous artwork here as well! So yeah, here's my piece for Valentines Day this year! 
For this artwork, I focused on improving two things--design and shading. First of all, can I just say that I'm so proud of myself? This style is like... the closest thing to what my ideal artstyle is, and I really feel like I'm making progress despite my constant hiatus. This took me longer than I intended it to, but aside from being busy, I had a hard time thinking of the design and palette.
The day I realized that I missed Valentines Day though, I was like "hell nah" and decided to make the colors darker compared to the pastel ones that I initially intended (petty, I know.) That aside, I also did the shadows thrice than I normally do, and it seems that it made the colors stand out more! Ahh, I'm so happy...
Anyway, it's the month of March now and my birthday is nearing! I don't usually care for it, but I'm so excited since I plan to make a major illustration (kinda?) I'm gonna start making the sketches this sunday, and hopefully I could finish this right on time this time. Wish me luck!
