OCtober #8 Fantasy/real life AUSome of the elf kids from my story The Heartstone in a school setting. Characters are Trystan, Artur, Okaro, Ulv and Aria
forgot every idea i’ve ever had… so took me so long to know just what to do draw for this one, as well as which ocs. And then it was so hard to think of how to draw them but ended up with like a lunch scene.
So didn’t know what to draw at first but every fantasy needs a school au no? So pretend the elves switched places with the humans idk… Actually I just realised Okaro would be a year older than the others and not go to the same school if they just tranported to the real world (year 7 for the others and 8 for him, that’s last and first year of norwegian primary and secondary school) and i even didnt plan to include him at first bc meant to just draw the actual group of friends but outside canon he would probably be friends with the others after all (like under other circumstances he wouldnt be on his own outside the elf village) but then i realised just now he wouldn’t be in the same year in school, maybe Trystan is also the same year as him dont remember)
All these are gonna be some less perfect sketches and especially a scene with this many characters is hard to draw small so didnt get quite the perspective i wanted and anatomy also looks weird?
Ok so these characters might not be that recognisable for ppl but i have posted them like once before, except Okaro who i’ve posted a lot more bc he’s the one with a bigger role but you can see the others in my collection for this story. Was a bit hard to make them look like the same ppl here tho bc clothes and even their ears are different I didn’t draw them with their elf ears here, so only hairstyle and maybe some key features
This is one of my main projects but again an old story since I first started on it sometime 2009-2012 (i keep saying 2010 or 2009 but not actually sure but think some of the very first concepts are from as long ago as 2009 actually but might’ve deceived myself and it’s actually 2011 – I just started SO MANY stories in those years and don’t have a pinpoint for when exactly i started all of them bc of both updated word documents so dont know when i first started them only when they were last edited or the original files are on computers i havent accessed since, or traditional writing that’s not dated) but I just didn’t work that much on it until years later like 2016-2017 was when i picked it up again and currently I’m working on the sequel (maybe i’ll mash both books together idk)Oct 8, 2024

•FINALLY WORKED!! I tried posting this so many times.. Artfol was repeatedly crashibg on me wouldn’t let me post and logged me out again and again. And the web version was glitchy and hard to log into and wouldn’t load anything when it worked to log in and kept crashing as well
