Two weeks ago I wrote a postcard to I friend I haven't seen or talked to in some time because I wanted to reconnect again and was suddenly hit by a wave of "what if they don't want to be your friend anymore because they have 1. so many 2. cooler friends?" I sent the postcard anyway and I'm glad I did because now they're sending me more messages again, like updates on their vacation, and I'm really happy about that :)
