Today my mom and I drove through the city for an hour and another back so I finally had a chance to show her Epic and she really liked it!! She expected to only understand half of it but she did get the story pretty well (she was probably scared it would be like Hamilton lmao). It was also funny because on our way back our path was blocked by a protest and we had to find a different route and it started feeling like out own odyssey, and during "there, I see it, the island I've been searching for / home, I've reached it" we were nearly home and related to the line a lot lol 
Anyway her favourite songs were "Different Beast" and "God Games", which are some of my favourites too
