Scene that precedes unfortunate events (𝗣𝗼𝘀𝘀𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗲𝗱 𝗛𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗺𝗶 I)

This is going to be part 1 of the last drawing(s) of 2021 because I remembered that I haven't posted this dark majesty.

This was meant to be a Halloween special, but it was done last month. This is the third redraw of Hanami suffering through the effects of Necromancy— because have I mentioned previously that one of the swords she uses is cursed? And that it takes a physical toll on their owners, while simultaneously have them experience psychotic episodes? It's something she has to undergo shortly after crime-fighting. It manifests at random too, making it hard for Hanami to recover and— sometimes— readjust to her surroundings.

This scene has stuck on to me for some reason. Maybe because I like how versatile Hanami can be. From tender flower girl, to kick-arse, to absolute nightmare fuel.
The little girl to her right(?) is her child self. She usually appears after particularly stressful days and when the symptoms kick up. It is never a good sign if younger Hanami appears in the mirror or in front of the current self.

The first version dated back in 2018, and the second one was done in 2019. This redraw, however, has a follow-up that has been on my mind for two years. Which I will post tomorrow~Dec 29, 2021
