Kindred RedrawThe cinematic was so amazing. It's probably my favourite, totally not just because Kindred's finally in it. Even without them though it's really great and the song is fantastic too. Still, Kindred was no doubt the selling point for me. As soon I saw them in it I knew I had to draw them
I don't draw from reference often nowadays, but it feels nice to do it from time to time. I also wanted to do some shadows study and I really wanted to draw something from "Still Here" too, so I went through a few different shots from it and ended up landing on this one. It also happened to be something I tried to draw some years back and miserably failed, so I'm really happy I finally got to make this. And I'm also happy I got to remind myself how fun drawing something you can actually see is. But well, I suppose it's time to go back to my chaotic scribbles now.
Also the next time I draw Kindred I NEED to include Wolf again. The last sketch I couldn't cause I ran out of time and wad too tired and this time he wasn't even the shot (and I didn't wanna bother adding him but that's beside the point). To my defence, he does almost nothing in their actual game kit so uhh yeah.Jan 23, 2024
