Remember that other people are people too; that they think, breathe, regret and have just as much of a reason for doing what they are doing as you do. That even if you have your reasons to be a little shit to the people around you doesn’t mean you should or that it’s righteous. That also means that you don’t have to forgive someone who was being a sack of garbage toward you just because they too had a reason for it. It’s okay to move on and leave that person behind, just don’t be mean about it. Show respect to your fellow humans, even if it’s someone you utterly detest, show them that you can still display some decency even if it’s for their ugly ass.
Reflection on yourself only goes so far before it becomes doom scrolling your memories, so be aware of why you are doing reflection/what purpose it provides.
Don't mind me, juuust passing by to see some advices 👀
Say 'birb' instead of 'bird'

I'm not good with advice, but I've always thought that setting boundaries for oneself and being willing to listen are equally important
Go use the bathroom before leaving your home for a long period of time.
Never ever give up even when things get hard!!!
Don't let fear stop you, take care of your body, and love yourself!!
Love yourself and take breaks from the internet. How often is up to you but really take a few days off go out have a picnic or stay home do some home cleaning orrr sleep all day.
If you think you can do it in a minute or less just do it and don’t put it off for later
live and let live
Just enjoy life! There are no rules in life (besides the law and workrules).
There is not one 'good' way of wearing clothes, expressing yourself/your art, playing, etc.

Just enjoy doing what you like to do. Social norms don't matter.
You can hot glue paper clips to both covers of a notebook to make it lockable idk I’m not a very wise person apprently
You’re not responsible for people’s happiness, you can’t always make someone happy especially if it results in hurting yourself.
You can try to help someone with bits and pieces but you can’t do it all for them.
It’s like you can give someone tools or materials to build something but you can’t build it for them that’s something they have to do.
There isn't an age limit on anything.
There isn't an age where you should have moved out of your parents (hi, 29, still here! My area is expensive to live in and i can't afford it!). There isn't an age limit on going to college. There isn't an age limit on finding love, if you want to.
Don't feel like you HAVE to have done something by a certain age. Or don't feel like because you're a certain age, you can't do something. People go through life at different paces, and it's not a race against each other to do certain things. Similarly, just because you're an "adult" doesn't mean you can't have fun with "kids" stuff. Jump in puddles, buy those toys you always wanted, embrace your inner child. You're never too old to do kid stuff. And you're never too old to change the course of your life if it's not working for you.
you don’t have to take anything seriously in life. instead, laugh. after all, laughter is the best medicine. and it’s free!
You don’t need an opinion on everything. It can be very stressful to try and involve yourself in everything
It’s perfectly fine to be nice to people, but always remember you’re not responsible for anyone’s happiness, only your own
Anxiety isn't an enemy you have to fight & kill..
Anxiety will constantly be a part of your ( and anyone else's) life...

What also means you will have time your whole life to healthy overcome and grow as a person!

ANXIETY IS THE CHANCE TO GROW.

that's what anxiety is for
(I am not talking abt life frightening situations)

And the only way to overcome it is to accept it, confront it and do exactly what you are scared of. Do it over & over again till one day it feels natural and you learned a LOT abt yourself.. Congrats you grew.. And now you are a lil less "helpless" & more adult inside 🙏🏻
