Moths
Each of the main characters* has a symbol I like to associate with them: Sehnë has flowers, Saoirse has fire, Ronan (Saoirse's older brother; not shown yet) has keys, etc. And Gris has moths! :) I played around with the idea of butterflies as his symbol, but I thought that was too soft and upbeat. He needed something a bit more sullen, as he is a pretty down-to-earth character. He's already the colors of a moth, so it fits pretty well.(*of my story—I'm thinking I'm going to call it The Wheel of Fire just for sake of ease)
