Dream Landscape - PortalHello hello friends, I am finally drawing again. I decided to spend the evening listening to the entire cthulhu mythos (22 hours long), and in order to spend that much time listening to it I decided to draw. This is one of the many things I’ve accomplished in the past 6-7 hours, and it’s very different from my usual work but I am pretty happy with how it turned out

I based this off of a dream I had recently (more like a nightmare but whatever). Very short summary, there was this group of shapeshifting monsters torturing/chasing after me and a group of friends, and there were multiple levels to defeating them. At the first level we were able to get to the end of it and defeat one of the monsters, and the area in which we accomplished that was this portal area. I remember this entire dream very vividly, and this portal area was one of the most beautiful and most intriguing areas in the dream, so I’ve been wanting to draw it for quite a while now. I took a few artistic liberties, making it brighter and more colorful than it was in the dream, but overall I tried to stay true to the original design. I might try to draw out other settings in my dreams, we shall see

plus it amazes me how u can remember ur dreams so vividly, mine's always so blurry I my memories, only a few were ever vivid :,))
