@primouryuika's post on Artfol
Still haven't made much progress since stress and fatigue kept on adding themselves on my burnout, but I still made a bit of progress, so I guess that's good. Been trying to get out of artblock since I really wanna continue my WIPs, and even tho it's hard rn, I'll keep trying. TwT
Besides that tho, I'm also trying to escape my writer's block. Like I already know the scenes that I have in mind, but I just can't put them into the exact words that I want. Any artist slash writers also experience this? If so, do you know any methods to make a good starter point? Know any websites? (I usually use descriptionari for inspo, but it's very limited, so...) Aahhhhh it's totally understandable (╥﹏╥) I'm an artist/writer too, and I totally understand about scenes that can't be put into words. I personally don't go around actively for inspo, but I've read a lot about writing everywhere, and the best advise I've seen is that it's okay to write garbage on the first draft. This battles procrastination a lot and you don't have to worry to write great the first time. The real job will be on the revision. When you read your trashy first draft, you will know specifically what needs working.
Another I remember is "you can't edit on a blank page." Write those ugly descriptions and narrations. Transform them in the revision. It's a very time consuming process, but I think it's the one that works so well for me
Hope you'll get out of art and writers block soon!!
