Questions to AskI've been seeing a lot of people in my timeline do 'Q&As with my oc' and I think it's really cool. And then I recently saw an art youtuber do a short that was something along 'questions to ask your oc' and I ended up just following that.
So here are a few questions that might be asked of my characters, as well as their responses. Keep in mind, some of these characters will lie and others will be far too truthful. I've mostly only posted about Ikelia and Phomi, while the others are under review, mostly because of color palettes, lol. Maybe I will post more art of these characters later.
Q: WHAT IS YOUR FULL NAME?
Ikelia - 'Ikelia Gorgate' (Last name contains a reference to gorgons, the type of monster medusa is.)
Phomi - 'Phomi Cherod' (Last name contains reference to cherubs, winged humans. This is the last name of everyone in her tribe.)
Yzadora - 'Yzadora' (Her nickname is Dora.)
Shion - 'Sir Shion Katsumi Jr.' (Sir isn't actually their name, they just think it sounds more official that way.)
Q: WHAT IS YOUR AGE?
Ikelia - 'What's it to you?' (She is the equivalent of a 27 year old human, or 76 in gorgon years. She's touchy about the subject.)
Phomi - '45, or around 25 in human years.' (This is just a guestimate, as humans don't exist in her world.)
Yzadora - 'I don't know.' (She has never celebrated her birthday, nor does she know how to keep track of days, months, or years. Her body age is around 29.)
Shion - 'That is a matter of state secrecy.' (They were created 3 years ago. Their mental age fluctuates.)
Q: DO YOU HAVE ANY FAMILY?
Ikelia - 'There is my mom and three younger sisters. Dad was eaten after my conception. That's life!' (Gorgons copulate with other races and then devour them after to maintain sustenance for the child, which will always be born female. So family means different things to her.)
Phomi - 'Besides my girlfriend, my entire tribe is my family. They say it takes a village, haha!' (Family means everyone, friends and acquaintances all together. But not all family is created equal.)
Yzadora - 'No one blood related. Just people I know.' (No one raised her, not in the normal sense. There are too many people she's bonded with to count.)
Shion - 'There is my royal mother and father, as well as my esteemed eldest brother, as well as lots of aunts and uncles.' (It depends on your definition of life and death. Oh, and blood relations. Or race.)May 22, 2024
