Fever Dream - Inspired by @marielyl

Ok y’all so I have another post that I’ll post tomorrow (aka in a few hours cuz sleep is a thing), but @marielyl has been doing a series of fever dreams in this really cool style that inspired me to make one of my own. Tbh it was hella fun, I was working with different techniques than I’d usually use and a different method of expressing emotion through art, and all in all I had a wonderful time letting myself go wild. oOOOO sO pRETTYYYYYY is this piece abt isolation? the hands being people reaching out but them being a part of the scribbles is like them being a part of the problem, almost as if they're being invasive and chasing /luring the fish away, the loops in the backgrounds being apprehension and unclear intention of the outside? feels like being left alone in a hospital with your least favourite uncle, tELL mE if I gOT it riGhT :::D
