Weird little story about me– when I was a little kid (and I mean little, around 5 years old) people in my class used to say "rosa y rojo puñetazo en el ojo", which translates as "pink and red punch in the eye" (eye and red rhyme in spanish okey?) And people would LITERALLY PUNCH YOU if they caught you wearing read and pink 
It was all a game and they wouldn't punch hard, but the intention was there, you know?
Now I understand that it depends on the pink and red hues you use, and some pink and red combinations work beautifully together. But there's still a part of me that REFUSES to mix pink and red idk what's going on and why the hell did I internalise THAT but I've caught myself doing 
when I'm watching a youtube video and someone uses those colors and it's like. IT WORKS. THE COLOR PALETTE WORKS. Whatever inside me is making me have this weird reaction to pink and red STOP ITMay 4, 2023
