Rainbow June 10– Marta

Marta (she/her) is one of my favourite characters of the comic, but she barely appears :( She's Cecil's (the co protagonist) best friend and she's studying videogame development! The story is told from Archer's POV (who doesn't really know her), and unlike most of the other characters, she's no longer in high school, so she barely appears :( I still love her tho, and I was able to add at least one chapter with her :D

Marta is a super kind and friendly girl! She doesn't have a lot of friends tho, but that's fine with her. And she's not scared of deffending the friends she has! As you probably noticed by the sketch I posted a while ago where she was threatening someone with her cane xd Idk why she uses it yet (I do know she has chronic pain on her knee tho), but she has a pastel pink cane decorated with stickers and I think that's very cute.

She loves videogames, and Cecil and her go to arcades together a lot. Her life mission is finding one that has a dancing game machine, but she hasn't achieved it yet there aren't a lot of those in Madrid.

Marta is poly and saphic! She also has two soulmates (a hybiscus on her leg and a sunflower on her chest), but the norm is having only one, so she pretends she only has the hybiscus. Specially after seeing what happened to Cecil when their class found out he has no soulmate. She wants to be left alone lmao

Cecil does know she has two soulmates, bc they bonded over having a weird number of soulmates. They usually joke saying she stole his soulmate lmao, I love their friendship <#
